instrument cluster woes 200 1986

Hi all,

The instrument cluster is acting a little crazy. The gas gauge is pegged empty. The temp gauge is pegged hot. All the warning lights (charge, brake failure, etc...) stay on while driving. What is going on? How can it be fixed? Thanks in advance.
