?Oil Cooler Fittings 200 1983

Does anyone know what kind of fittings are on the oil cooler on a 83 B21Ft?

I believe mine is shot because there is oil all over under the rad and ic.

When replacing, is there an o-ring that should be replaced or use teflon tape? both/neither?
