Power Steering Rack-740 Wgn 700

Losing fluid, leaking at boots. Told I need a new rack ($1100). Checked out recommendation to purchase a rebuilt from JordenAuto ($224). Has anyone ordered from them. Also, how difficult to replace the rack.
