Need New Shocks on an 89 240 200

I am the original owner of a beautiful 89 240DL with 188K miles. It has never had new shocks (that I can remember). Everytime I back out of the driveway, my back end scrapes. I'm thinking I need new shocks. Right? Would anyone give me some advice here? Should I replace the fronts at the same time? Is this a do-it-yourselfer type job? IPD offers BOGE Turbo Gas, Blistein Touring, Blistein HD and Koni Sports. The BOGEs are the cheapest at $205 set of 4 and the Koni Sports most expensive at $663 set of 4. Anyone comment on these shocks or any other brands out there? Thanks, you guys are the best.
Luke
