bleeding brakes 200 1990

I am gonna bleed my brakes tomorrow using the Motiv pressure bleeder.

What is the procedure regarding the three bleeder screws in the front?
The FAQ says to open them at the same time, how is that possible?

Is one liter of fluid enough for all four?
