Rear stabilizer bar attachment 200

The front of the rear stabilizer is attached to the trailing arm with bolts that go through the TA and shock absorber. But the rear of the stabilizer is only attached to the outside of the TA with a bolt through a clip. Even though there are holes to accept a bolt through the TA as in the front.

Is there a reason for this? I'm wondering if I could/should bolt the back to tighten up the rear.
