light out, how to replace? 700 1989

I have a 1989, 740T. The light fault indicator is on. I have replaced several bulbs and made sure they matched. It appears that a there is an extra rear tail ligth bulb on the right side but I don't know how to access it. Is there a bulb that is not accessed from the panel that has the light bulb seats?
