Replacing Heater blower assemble on a 87 740 Turbo

HI all , Went out this morning and fired up the beast ,fan was on, blowing cold air so I shut it off, soon as the temp indicator guage was up I turned it back on to no avail . Anybody know how to replace a heater blower assembly? Don't kow where to start , but once I get the fan out of the dash I can begin . Thanks in advance, craigaikman@hotmail.com
