to keep or not to keep... '87 245 200 1987

So the judgement call of to keep or not to keep is now in the works for my '87 240DL wagon. The body and interior are great. All good glass. Engine and transmission, breaks great. sand-tan on brown vinyl
it does leak some oil. It needs an exhaust from the manifold back. it needs shocks all the way around. It needs an a/c compressor so that the power steering will return to functionality. has some rust from it's past life in the midwest, but nothing major. The car looks excellent, drives great, and has good tires plus a spare set w/great blizzak snows. Rear hatch brake light doesnt work, but wiper/washer does. 150K miles.

All of the parts alone add up, and I've been picking up diesel mercedes-benzes of the same vintage for my veggie-oil project...
I've got good records of the past several years of the car's life. It has been ultra-reliable like everyone else's, but I fear I might be so into diesels that I no longer have the patience for the venerable wagon.

What do you suppose she's worth with the above problems? New battery in july, 2yr old calipers/rotors, new brake j-block... misc other stuff... and probably a few misc. other quirks too-

I see such a wide variety of pricing on cars for sale, I just want to be fair.
Thanks for the input!
Kevin
