water leaking into my fuse box 200 1989

The other day i noticed that there was a small puddle of water in the floor of my 89 240 GL. As I looked for the leak that might have caused it, i noticed that water was also all over my fuses. Right away i knew that couldnt be good. Has anyone else had such a problem? Any ideas of what it might be, or how i could fix it?
