how much can i expect to pay for a used differential? 200

Girlfriend was driving my 240 yesterday, she heard a loud bang in rear then the rear wheels got locked.She managed to pull aside and i called a towing to have it towed.
I knew my differential was leaking oil and had that rear axle bearing noise,but the car surrendered before we made it to our appointment at the garage.

The guy at the garage suggests swapping the differential for a used one .how much can i expect to pay for the used differential and labour?
