ALARM SYSTEM QUESTION 900 1994

I HAVE A 1994 960. THE ALARM WILL SET AND WORK MOST OF THE TIME. AFTER THE CAR SITS OVERNIGHT, I CAN NOT OPEN THE DOORS WITH THE REMOTE NAD IF I UNLOCK BY THE KEY THE ALARM GOES OFF. ANY IDEAS????
