Graspic winter tires? 200

I'm in NJ, and someone I know is selling a year old set of Dunlop
Graspic 15" tires mounted on 940 rims. They seem to fit my car,
which is an '88 240. He wants $80 for the set of 4 wheels - he
sold his 940 and the buyer didn't want the tires.

Are those a decent set of snow tires? Will they cause any clearance
(rubbing) problems over bumps or when turning tightly?
