leaking thermostat housing 900

5 minutes ago I replaced the thermostat on my 95 940(nonturbo) Thermostat wasplaced properly with gasket in place, put back the two bolt nuts and its leaking pretty good. Mating services looked good without any pits or problems. Go to the auto store and get RTV sealer?? and if so which one?? Thanks JOHN
