power window glitch 200 1983

I have 1983 244 with power windows. The driver side window will go down but not back up. I noticed that this happens sometimes when washing the car and I assume it is because moisture has gone down the window channel. It was raining today but I have never had this problem before in the rain. Could it be anything else?
