How many heater hoses are there ? 900

I just received 2 heater hoses(Head to heater and Heater to Pipe) from fcpgroton. I looked at the heater valve and the hoses and I was wondering shouldn't there be 3 hoses ?

1. Head to valve
2. valve to heater
3. heater to pipe
