fault codes and intermitent stalling 200

I inspected and fixed my fuel pump relay, and the 25 amp. fuse socket looks fine.

Unfortunately my new purchase is still having that intermitent stalling problem:engine stalls,all dashboard lights comes on.Sometimes while cruising at highway speed,some other times at idle. I am getting the 121 ,212 and 131 codes, could this be related to the rpm sensor? After consulting faq's and the archives i'm also suspecting the fp check valve.By the way car is automatic.

There seems to be a lot of posts about theses symptoms-problems but i apreciate your expertise.
