Stripped Bolt! Big Deal or Not? 200

As I was replacing the Sway Bar Bushing (Sway Bar to Frame) I stripped one of the Bolts (Passenger Side Rear Bolt). Should I worry about this. Should I tap it? Should I get a self-tapping bolt to fix it? What do you think? Is it worth worrying about?
