seat adjuster swap 200

Trying to use a passagener seat for a drivers seat and am a little stuck on swapping the height adjuster. Removed the plastic knob and the metal disk from the rod. At this point not sure if the square rod slids out or the 4 lock washers(2 on each side) need to come out. Looked at all previous post.
