rear defrost not working 200 1992

Hello all:

I am having trouble with my rear defrost not working. It had been functioning until recently. If you press the switch on the console, it no longer lights up and the defroster does nothing. My first suspicion was the fuse (#11), which looks fine, and the overdrive still works. I pulled the switch out of the console and looked for 12V on all the connectors-- no dice. My next suspicion is the relay. Can anybody tell me where to find this relay? I am hoping that it is just in need of resoldering. We are getting our first significant snows of the winter here in London and I want to have the defroster fully functional!
