Hi all,
I recently acquired an '87 760 Ti (got an incredible deal, too; the car's been garage-kept and maintained by one mechanic. Engine's tight, interior's near-flawless, but it wouldn't sell, so I got it for 1700). It's nearly perfect, but the right turn signal switch is goofy. It turns on, but once the wheel is returned to the neutral position, it won't click off itself.
It FEELS like something inside isn't clicking ON for the lever to click OFF, but I have no knowledge of the internal workings of the blinker lever and switch. Anybody out there have any idea what I can do about this? It's a small gripe on a great car, but I'd like for it to work. Any easy fixes? Or not easy but doable?
Thanks
