No warm start 200

I have had a warm start problem since I got this car 3 months ago. 1981 245 DL. I have replaced the injectors and the seals, so it runs a lot better, but when it is left for more than a half hour after driving it won't start with a few pumps of the accelerator and then holding the pedal to the floor. Then as it starts there is a popping sound from under the hood, and it acts like it was flooded. No black smoke from the back though. Any ideas?
