relay's permanently attached to the circuit board 700

This's probably a dumb question but .......

"In the 760, relay's; A, B, F, J, L, and M are permanently attached to the board." Mine has the board on the passenger side of the console.

So, how do you get the relay's off to resolder them etc. Do you remove the whole board and work from beneath it?
