Found it on the front of a recently purchased '85 turbo. It looks almost new, and is definitely a Volvo wheel. Part # appears to be 6819704. (There is another # but I think it's the German manufacturer's — 2150509.

The 43mm offset is enough to put tire rub marks on the strut towers.
Curious about its real application.
