HELP with replacing brake lines 700 1988

Hello, I am replacing my brake calipers all around. I have tried a flare wrench around the brake lines and cannot get them off. I have not tried heat yet. I think I would like to replace them all. What size of lines are they? I was planning on using the straight bendable stuff from most local auto stores. Would appreciate info from anyone with this experience.
