Worth pulling these 'GT' swaybars? 200

Cruised through a pick-your-part today and came upon what looks like a 242GT (emblems missing) and wonder if those swaybars would be a worthwhile upgrade for my son's 81GL. The car had the two round 7-inch headlights, foglights in the grille, and the silver-gray paint with red and black stripes. For what it's worth here's the VIN from the underhood tag: VC 24245 L-1 129730.

I guess if I go back I'll take my calipers and measure the bar diameters. What diameters should I expect to see, and more to the point: are the bars from this car worth pulling? Thanks, guys.
