Coolant leaking from every hose 700 1989

Hi,

My coolant is trying to escape everywhere! Almost every join for the hose to the radiator and engine coolant is leaking out. I'm replacing loads of coolant every week.

Any idea why this is happening? All the hoses are as tight as I can make them.
