I plan on dismantling and regreasing the guide pins on the Girling front calipers of my 940. I read in the FAQ that one should use a high temp silicon base grease. I have a tube of molybdenum disulphide based grease (Castrol) in the shed. Is that suitable for use on the guide pins? The tube says it is a high melting point, extreme pressure grease suitable for using on ball joints and tie rod ends so I assume it will not damage rubber. The grease is black. The grease that came with the calipers when I bought them was black but I guess that doesn't mean it's the same stuff.
Any thoughts always appreciated.

Brad
