Mushy Brakes after new pads and rotor 200 1991

I just picked up my '91 245 w/ABS (177,000 miles) after new brake pads and rear rotors ($290) and my brakes still feel mushy. I had the master cylinder replaced about 1.5 yrs ago and the front rotors replaced ~1 yr. ago. The brakes just deel softer than the use to feel. Any ideas?
