i was heading up to new york in the snow. i had my wipers on when suddonly the drivers side wiper when all the way over and got stuck on the drivers side door mirror. i stopped the car to move the wiper back in place but they never came back on. i checked the fuse#2 that controls the wiper-washer and the horn which was good but the wipers are not working but the washer motor is. please help.. 82 240 thanks... marcus
