Turbo cold start 200

My '84 240 turbo, 273k miles, is hard to start, but when warm runs fine. It's an old car and I can live with it, but is there an easy, common fix to this? A coolant sensor or something cheap would be fine, but I don't think I'd bother with something major.
The head was replaced with a reconditioned one (by me) a few thousand miles ago. It runs a little rough even warm and cap, rotor and plugs are relatively new also.
Thx, Mark
