how do I tell whether my control arms are aluminum? 700 1988

Gang, I'm about to do an R/R of the front suspension on my 88 740 GLE. There are two parts listed for sway bar link bushings depending on whether the control arms are aluminum or not...

Well, how the heck do you tell whether the control arms are aluminum?
