760 TURBO IDLE PROBLEM 700 1988

I am experiencing an idle problem with my B230FT. When running warm or cold, it will not idle correctly, drops to below 200 RPM's and dies. Runs fine otherwise. I noticed it will idle fine with the air mass meter electrical connector unplugged (at the air cleaner) but has no power if you try and drive this way. I also noticed that the boost will not go past the middle of the gauge when asking for more power. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
