Rear Defroster Switch 200 1984

The switch for the rear defroster works fine, but the light bulb within it has obviously gone out. Is there some way I can replace that little light bulb, or do i have to replace the switch.
If it becomes necessary to relace the switch, can I easily remove it from the dash without taking off the panel?
