R-Sport 16v Head for b18/b20 120-130

Hello, I think I have located an R-Sport 16v head for the b18/b20 engine, however it does not include much more than the casting. (i think it is aluminum)

Does anyone have any knowledge of this head and the availability of parts for it such as cams, bearings, valves, gears, valve cover etc. ?
Are any parts interchangeable with other volvo engines?
How much power can be expected from this head and the appropriate carbs (or injection), ignition, and exhaust.
Are or were there any intake manifolds available or will a custom one be necessary?

I'm trying to decide if this would be more trouble than it's worth. Thank you for your help.
