TOOL FOR FLARING BRAKE LINES 700 1988

I had to cut my brake hose lines off at the connection to the brake line(corrosion). I now have the clean brake line. Is there a tool to flare the brake line end? 2nd question: Does it have to be a double flare end or is single flare fine?
