700 rear springs in a 240? 200

I've been looking out for some 240 wagon springs to put in
my 244 to help stiffen up the rear susp some. At the
junk yard I noticed a 700 wagon and the rear susp looked similar, will they fit?

Also, what's involved in removing rear springs? thanks!
