man, new struts and springs make a difference! 200

So I spent all day yesterday in a garage with a friend changing out my old(original) struts that had a quarter million miles on them. One still had some decent pressure, the other was useless. I also switched my front springs to 260 front springs. they are a decent bit stiffer, but don't raise the ride height much if any. Now, the car is amazingly tight in the front...with the addition of my homemade strut tower to firewall braces, the front feels like it's on rails(if a volvo 240 could ever feel like that). These were the last parts of the suspension to get replaced. At this point, i've redone the entire suspension on the car, shocks, bushings, springs, balljoints, and now it feels like a new car! I would definitely suggest to anyone who wants a stiffer ride but not lowered to search out some 260 springs. They'd be great for autocross or drivex rallies too, which is what I'm hoping to get into. welp, I just had to share my joy...have a good one all
