84 245 flywheel? 200

Hello fellow bricksters!
I am just finishing up putting a clutch in the wifes 245, and was wondering how critical is the flywheel position? I only have a little bit of time here and there to work on it, and I am pretty sure it's back in it's original position. If it's not, can I expect any problems?
Also, is there any sure fire way of lining the two driveshafts up? My alignment marks washed off and I'd rather not pull it back out.
