86' 240 won't start after hard rain 200 1986

My 240 has a devil of a time starting after a hard rain?
crank and crank finnaly it runs like doo doo for a while then its ok.

any other time starts right up! and runs great. even in the cold.
but if it rains...she takes forever to start.

Anyone seen this before?
