Cooling fan addition 900 1994

I'm adding a trans cooler and pusher fan mounted in front of my evaporator, the fan has it's own starting relay. I desire the fan to come on as soon as the engin runs, and off when the engin is off, without referenace to coolent temp or AC status. All I need to know is what wire/circut can I tap into to energize the run relay to accomplish this? The curent amount I need for this is extreamly low, I will safely fuse relay coil power and fan motor supply power. I just want the safest/easiest tap?
