240 DL 1986 Will Not Start 200

Please help. My 1986 240 DL just quit starting today. It is wet outside, but it always is in Seattle. I have spark. I heated and re-ran the solder in the relay for the pump. I guess it could be a fuel pump. The tank is 1/3 full. I can change the plugs, distributor cap, rotor, wires.

Any other ideas?
