A local neighbor is selling a decent 89 244 cheaply because it does not run - the claim is that the AC compressor locked up and hence the engine is locked up as well. I have never had a compressor lock and kill the engine. Is this likely? If the fix is easy, I am considering buying the car....Any thoughts?
