240 Spark, no start, pumps do not work 200

Ok, here we go. I have a 1990 240 wagon that has been sitting for the last 4 months, tried to start it to no avail. This is what I have done so far: Checked for power at the prepump, tester lights up on the gray wire. I thought prepump was bad, pulled it out and it tested just fine.(hooked up to 12volt) Ok, I thought the main was bad, pulled it and it tested just fine, same test as before. Now I thought that the fuel pump relay was okay because the gray wire going to prepump tested ok. A friend told me that the relay still may be the problem. What do you guys think? Am I missing something? Thanks! The relay is 12 yrs old...
