No air flow from vents when turbo is on 700

I have a 1990 Volvo 760 Turbo. When the airblower is on, there is normal air flow coming from the vents as long as the turbo is not activated. When the turbo kicks in, the airflow stops although the blower is still on. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
