intermitent stalling and no cold start 200 1990

im getting frustrated with that intermitent problem.
I inspected and resoldered fp relay,checked fuses
My car stalls at idle with dash light on,often at a stop or light.
Car restars after 5 seconds of cranking or so.

This morning i was getting ready to go at the vet, my white 240 cranks but doesnt want to start.I know i am due for a new o2 sensor and the diagnostic system gets me code 131(rpm signal missing) I looked at the ecu the number ends by 589.My local mechanic told me car has no spark.

This is really p****** me off ,such a great car with a ghost under the hood.
Any ideas? Maybe ecu?
