Wheel swap, 240 to 940 900

I have new tires on my old tired 240 and iffy tires on the 945. If you can see in the pic, I think I have what are called 'Virgo' wheels on the old one and steel wheels with plastic hubcaps on the newer one. 240 will either be retired soon, or 'fixed up' in the future. A while ago, I tried swapping out the wheels to see if they'd fit, but my weak memory tells me the lugnut threads are different, but the bolt pattern is the same. Offset problems? Also, 945 has alignment pins. Will Virgo wheels fit without removing the pins? If not, remove pins? Wrench or hammer?
If this post is unusually inane, please forgive me. I just got home from seeing the insurance adjuster on the 945 (see pic)
Thanks,
Mark
