OD oil?? 700

my OD (M46+Type P OD) is slipping and i tried to fix it acording to FAQ (well, partly since i couldn't open the center plug (no 19) (seems to be a kind of an oil pump?) and releave valve (no 21) - it still slipps when the OD unit gets warm. So, now my question - i used automatic transmission oilt Type FA - i know that type F is recommended. Has anyone a clue what's the difference between type F and type FA ... and could that be the simple solution?
