What's the deal with caliper shims? The Bentley Guide says you'll need to adjust the distance/alignment between the caliper and the rotor via shims when you replace the caliper. Is this true? Where do you get the shims if so? Has anybody replaced their calipers and not had to deal with this shim issue?
