Can you guys tell me how much play should be in the center carrier bearing rubber doughnut? I have just replaced my transmission mount and my driveline "growl" is improved. My center bearing play, I think, is significant, but I am not sure what's normal. I can actually move it around about 1 inch in all directions by pulling and pushing on the driveshaft. Almost 160,000 mi. on my 740GL....think I should go ahead and change it anyway?
